I always here 4 years ago, it was definitely a crazy experience, did not realize until later that the staff truly cared. They treated us like family. Like we were Their kids. They made an everlasting impression and I will never forget them.

Phoenix House has had a complete renovation and looks wonderful. Not only does it look and feel inviting but the staff are warm and welcoming and care deeply about their clients. The treatment programs are comprehensive and they are an excellent center for recovery.

In 2016 I had been to Phoenix House multiple times and it was nothing but a phenomenal experience. staff having open arms and a drive to help me recover. I’ve never had anybody in a treatment center care about me the way the staff at Phoenix house did, and still does. Without my stays at Phoenix House and the help of the counselors, I wouldnt be sober like I am today. I got introduced to many things I still use in my daily life today. It’s hard to get sober at a young age and accept that there’s an issue but PH made that possible for me. I am forever grateful for this facility and the care and support they provided me and would recommend PH in a heartbeat to any adolescent struggling.

Phoenix House is an integral member of the adolescent recovery-oriented system of care in Central Texas. Their team brings with them over 100 years of experience, knowledge and passion for providing a supportive treatment experience for young people struggling with substance use and mental health related issues. Over the past several years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with this caring group of professionals and they understand the importance of a strengths-based approach to recovery and the healing process.

I was lucky enough to be able to visit with the staff at Phoenix house and was impressed to see the setup they have to help our youth have a better future. Communication has always been open and they are willing to answer any questions i may have.

On a professional level I have been working with Phoenix House for the past five years and I have greatly enjoyed working with the amazing team at Phoenix House Austin. We have worked closely with one another getting adolescents to the right level of care needed to address mental health & rehabilitation services needed. Phoenix House Austin holds true to their mission & I highly recommend Phoenix House Austin if your loved one is struggling with addiction.

My son got to this place to get help and he did 'the staff are great and the counselor is awesome even do I did not like the way the discharge was made I understand there reasons 'I want to thank Sean the way he was whit my boy and to Ms Cira my son consider her like a second mom I have lots of hope for my son and if things turn otherwise I know this place is awesome for the kids to get help 'thank you guys from deep on my heart God bless you and keep giving y'all the knowledge to help this kids.

Let me just speak from the heart for a moment. When I came to Phoenix House Austin I was a mid 20 something grad student who really just needed a job to get me through grad school. In my wildest dreams I would never have expected to still be here 7 years later. The work that we do, the lives I've seen saved and the supportive team I'm able to work with on a daily basis are the reasons I'm still here. Son was here for approximately 45 days and even though it was hard for me to leave him every time we visited, his spirit was shining brighter and brighter. I love that they give consequences and do not allow people to stay if they are not able to follow the rules. My son absolutely loved the food. That's all he talked about for weeks. The staff are wonderful and helpful through the process. They tell it how it is.

I’ve been sober for almost one year and Phoenix House contributed to a lot of it with the love and support provided even after leaving treatment. They saw my potential when I couldn’t, stood by my side and never gave up. I couldn’t be more grateful for this treatment facility, it completely changed my life. I would recommend PH to anyone who has the desire to get clean and recover.
