Having personally been to seven fairly reputable treatment centers then getting the chance to see BRC from the inside-out, BRC and its family of programs are hands down the gold standard. The biggest thing I can say about BRC is that their employees truly practice what they preach outside of work. They give residents the opportunity to have a genuine experience with the 12-Steps during their stay, which shows by the local recovery scene being flooded with strong alumnus from this program. BRC covers all the bases to ensure the best shot for recovery, from their time in treatment, working with families as a whole, and aftercare. The staff here gives personal attention to each and every client and family member involved here, and do not treat them like just another resident. These are the professionals, period. BRC would be my advice in the event of my family or friends needing treatment in the future.

I’m just realizing that I have never written a review for BRC. Our daughter went here over 5 years ago now and is still sober. She had been to other treatment centers before BRC and I am grateful for all of them. But BRC was the best. If you have a loved one who has a serious problem with addiction I highly recommend BRC. Their staff are very dedicated and know firsthand how to help addicts. Not only are they so good at helping the residents but they provide great services to the families. They answered all questions thoroughly, promptly, and in a friendly and caring manner. I also received regular written updates. The facilities are beautiful and they hold monthly speaker meetings. But the most important thing is that the staff are very, very good at what they do.

When I walked into BRC I was a shell of a person I used to be, I was ready to stop the suffering but had no idea how I would manage it myself. BRC showed me how to live again. The people who supported me during the hardest time of me and my family’s life will always remain close to my heart.

The program at this facility is one of the most unique experiences I have ever had. Their devotion to care is unparalleled. Dealing with addiction is a difficult journey, but having been through many treatment centers in the past, I can say, with great conviction, that no place has better prepared me for a life of sobriety, happiness and purpose nearly as well as BRC.

18 months ago our daughter asked for help and we took her to BRC. BRC is an amazing treatment facility. They dig deep in these clients and truly bring real change in their lives. It’s not easy it’s not a vacation it’s treatment it’s about saving lives. They worked diligently with our daughter who was trapped by drugs and alcohol and lead her to a new life of freedom. It was a beautiful process. BRC is a well oiled machine. They definitely know what they’re doing and they do it very very well! BRC Recovery is a place I hold very close to my heart, I am forever grateful to have had the opportunity to go to treatment there. BRC not only taught me how to be a woman in recovery but also how to be a productive member of society. BRC as well worked side by side with my family, relationships have been mended and the blessings continue to come.

BRC and the staff there gave me back my life. I haven't had this much peace in a very long time. These people actually care about your well being and your future. They work with your family too along the way. I am forever grateful for the experience I had while I was there and continue to have.

Simply the best treatment center in the country. The staff are mostly alumni, which says a lot. Nobody will ask a resident to do anything they haven't done themselves. The difference between BRC and most other places is they tell you the truth about your condition- which isn't always pretty. If you're looking for a vacation, pampering, and someone to tell you how amazing you are, and if you just exert yourself more everything will be okay- this is NOT the place. Go to Malibu or South Florida for that nonsense. If you want the tools to recover from a progressive & deadly illness, and are willing to go to any lengths - this is the place.

Benchmark Recovery Center saved my life! Three years ago I was stuck in drug addiction/alcoholism and didn't know where or who to turn to. I was almost never happy. I was alone. I mistreated friends and family. I certainly didn't have any self-respect. When I arrived to Benchmark after realizing that my life couldnt get any better, I was very uncomfortable. The positive side of that is there were 25 or more residents willing to help me and share their experience with me. It was a struggle in the beginning, but as I followed direction and worked on myself I began to lead a new life. I learned how to be sober, happy, confident, productive and so much more. I couldn't have done it without Benchmark.

Benchmark Recovery Center saved my son's life. After a month at the center, during our first visit with our son, we saw a dramatic transformation in him. The huge smile on his face said it all. He was so relaxed and felt so good. He finally felt that he was on his way to living his life drug free. Each month we visited him, he just felt better and better because he was learning the tools he needed to stay sober. We will forever be grateful to Benchmark Recovery Center!
